Return Policy
The Colorado Gallery of Fine Art has a 100 percent money-back guarantee on all artwork and frames. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the art that you have purchased, we will provide a full refund for up to seven days after the received delivery date. Please call or e-mail us for a return authorization number, and then return the piece in its original condition, insured and postage prepaid. All returns must have a return authorization number printed clearly on the outside of the package, or it will not be accepted for return. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping, insurance and insuring that the item is packaged properly. We refund shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error. After we receive the artwork, we will credit your account.
Shipping Information
The Colorado Gallery of Fine Art guarantees that your order will arrive in satisfactory condition. All items are professionally packed and insured. Check for damage of package before signing the receipt. If the package is damaged do not accept it. If the package is left and is damaged contact the shipping company immediately along with an e-mail message to us. We ship in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii with U.P.S. Unframed prints are shipped by U.S. Postal Service. Sorry, we do not ship outside the United States.
Sales Tax
A 2.9 % state sales tax will be applicable on all orders shipped within the state of Colorado. An additional sales tax will be applied to residents of Greeley of 3.46%.
Internet Prices and Availability
Because the art market is always in a state of flux, with new releases coming out while other ones sell out, these pages are constantly being updated. We will try to keep you, the collector, as up to date as humanly possible on the newest releases, price changes and when art sells out. Prices and availability of artwork do change overnight sometimes and very unexpectedly, so there is no guarantee that the piece you ordered on our website is available. We will always e-mail a confirmation of your order to you within two business days confirming your order was available and estimated date of delivery.
